- you are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
- you are not prohibited from using blockchain, crypto, payment, or wallet services under applicable law;
- you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
We may restrict access to certain features based on jurisdiction, eligibility, regulation, provider requirements, sanctions, compliance rules, or operational limitations.
3. What WINK Wallet Is
WINK Wallet is a Web3 wallet designed to help users create, import, export, manage, send, receive, and swap supported Digital Assets across supported blockchain networks.
WINK Wallet is not a bank account, deposit account, e-money account, brokerage account, investment account, or fiat custody service.
WINK Wallet helps simplify blockchain interactions but does not eliminate the risks associated with Digital Assets, blockchain networks, smart contracts, or third-party services.
4. Services Provided
WINK Wallet may provide the following services, subject to availability, supported networks, supported assets, and applicable laws:
- wallet creation and management;
- WINK Account access and authentication;
- encrypted wallet backup and synchronization, where enabled;
- wallet import and export, where supported;
- portfolio views for supported assets;
- sending and receiving supported Digital Assets;
- swaps for supported Digital Assets;
- gas abstraction and fee handling on supported chains and assets;
- customer support.
WINK may introduce additional features, programs, or services in the future. Such features may be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements, fees, and availability restrictions.
5. Self-Custody and Wallet Control
WINK Wallet is designed as a self-custody wallet. This means you control your wallet and Digital Assets.
Private keys and seed phrases are stored on your device.
If you enable encrypted backup or synchronization, your keys may also be backed up in encrypted form through our key management partner, Turnkey.
Neither WINK nor Turnkey can view your private keys or seed phrases in clear text.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of:
- your device;
- your WINK Account credentials;
- your authentication methods;
- your exported private keys;
- your seed phrase or recovery phrase;
- any recovery materials;
- any wallet or account access information.
WINK will never ask you to share your private keys, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or passwords.
6. WINK Account
Your WINK Account allows you to access WINK Wallet using supported login methods such as Google, Apple, email, or phone number.
Your WINK Account may also enable encrypted wallet backup and recovery features where supported.
If encrypted backup is enabled, you may be able to recover access to your wallet by signing in to your WINK Account and completing required authentication steps.
Recovery may depend on:
- whether backup was enabled;
- your account status;
- your authentication factors;
- provider availability;
- device security;
- applicable technical or security requirements.
You are responsible for keeping your WINK Account secure.
7. Wallet Export and Import
WINK Wallet may allow you to export your wallet where supported.
Exporting your wallet gives you portability and control, but also increases your responsibility.
Anyone with access to your exported private key, seed phrase, or recovery materials may be able to control your Digital Assets.
WINK Wallet may also allow you to import an existing wallet.
Imported wallets may have different security, backup, recovery, or synchronization settings depending on how they were originally created and whether encrypted backup is enabled.
8. Supported Chains and Assets
WINK Wallet supports selected chains and assets.
Initial supported chains may include major EVM chains such as Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, and Polygon. Additional chains, including Solana and others, may be added gradually.
Supported chains, assets, features, and availability may change over time without notice.
WINK may choose not to support certain assets or networks for security, compliance, technical, operational, or risk-management reasons.
9. Transactions
You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming transaction details before submitting a transaction.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
Once submitted to a blockchain network, transactions may not be cancelled, modified, recovered, or reversed by WINK.
You are responsible for verifying:
- recipient addresses;
- asset type;
- chain or network;
- amount;
- fees;
- transaction details;
- smart contract interactions.
WINK is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses, unsupported networks, user error, blockchain failures, smart contract bugs, third-party services, malicious tokens, phishing, scams, or unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials or devices.
10. Gas Abstraction and Fees
Blockchain transactions require network fees, commonly called gas fees.
On supported chains and assets, WINK Wallet may simplify network fee handling through gas abstraction.
This means WINK may handle the network fee process in the background so that users do not need to manually hold the native gas token of each blockchain for supported actions.
Depending on the transaction, asset, chain, eligibility, and feature, network fees may be:
- deducted from the balance of the asset being used;
- included in the transaction cost;
- sponsored by WINK;
- reduced or waived through eligibility-based rules or promotions.
Other fees may apply to swaps, third-party services, premium features, or partner services.
Applicable fees will be displayed before confirmation where technically possible.
11. Swaps and Third-Party Protocols
WINK Wallet may allow users to swap supported Digital Assets through third-party protocols, liquidity providers, aggregators, smart contracts, or decentralized exchanges.
Swap rates, slippage, liquidity, fees, execution, settlement, and availability may vary.
WINK does not guarantee:
- the best available price;
- successful execution;
- zero slippage;
- liquidity availability;
- protocol security;
- smart contract performance;
- the absence of losses.
You are responsible for reviewing swap details before confirmation.
12. Third-Party Services
WINK may integrate with third-party services, including:
- blockchain networks;
- decentralized protocols;
- swap aggregators;
- liquidity providers;
- wallet infrastructure providers;
- key management providers;
- blockchain indexing providers;
- analytics and infrastructure providers;
- security and technical service providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
WINK is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, performance, fees, compliance, decisions, delays, or losses caused by them.
13. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- use WINK only for lawful purposes;
- keep your account and device secure;
- review all transaction details before confirming;
- comply with applicable laws;
- avoid fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse;
- not attempt to bypass security, eligibility, or compliance controls;

You are responsible for your own decisions when using Digital Assets, blockchain networks, swaps, or other services.

- blockchain congestion or failure;
- bridge risk;

17. Taxes
You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that may apply to your use of WINK, Digital Assets, swaps, or other activities.
WINK does not provide tax advice.
18. Availability and Changes
WINK may add, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, assets, chains, or services at any time.
Availability may vary by country, provider, asset, chain, eligibility, compliance requirements, technical limitations, or business decisions.
19. Suspension and Restrictions
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to WINK-operated services where required or appropriate for security, legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, risk-management, operational, or policy reasons.
As WINK Wallet is designed for self-custody, you may retain access to your assets through exported keys or compatible wallets, subject to your own backup, export, and recovery status.
20. Intellectual Property
WINK, WINK Wallet, logos, designs, software, content, text, graphics, interfaces, and related materials are owned by or licensed to WINK.
