Everything you need to know about WINK Wallet.
WINK Wallet is a Web3 wallet: an app that lets you access and use blockchain networks. With WINK Wallet, you can hold, send, receive, swap, and manage supported digital assets from one simple interface. Instead of using multiple wallets, networks, and tools, WINK brings the main Web3 actions into one smoother experience.
A Web3 wallet is your access point to blockchain-based assets and applications. It lets you hold crypto and digital assets, send and receive tokens, interact with decentralized applications, connect to supported blockchain networks, and manage ownership of assets directly. Unlike a traditional bank account, a Web3 wallet gives the user direct control over their assets on-chain.
Yes. Your crypto remains under your control. WINK Wallet is designed to simplify how you use blockchain networks, but your assets are not held like money in a bank account. You can access and manage your assets directly through your wallet.
Yes. Your private keys live on your device. You stay in control of your crypto at all times — WINK never holds custody of your assets.
No. WINK cannot see your private keys or seed phrase in clear text. Your keys are stored on your device. WINK also gives you the option to securely sync them with your WINK Account using encrypted key management powered by our partner Turnkey. This means your keys can be backed up in encrypted form. Neither WINK nor Turnkey can view them in clear text. Only you can decrypt and access them through your WINK Account.
A private key is a cryptographic key that gives access to a specific wallet address. A seed phrase, also called a recovery phrase, is a set of words that can generate and recover one or more private keys. The private key controls a wallet address; the seed phrase can recover the wallet connected to those keys; anyone with access to your private key or seed phrase can control your crypto. You should never share your private keys or seed phrase with anyone.
Your WINK Account lets you sign in with Google, Apple, email or phone and unlocks features like encrypted backup and cross-device sync where supported.
Yes. You can export your wallet to use it with any compatible Web3 wallet. Anyone with access to your exported keys or seed phrase can control your assets — keep them safe.
Yes. WINK Wallet is designed to support imported wallets. This means you can bring an existing wallet into WINK and manage supported assets from the same interface. Imported wallets may have different backup and recovery settings depending on how they were originally created and whether encrypted sync is enabled.
Deposit crypto directly to your wallet address, or top up via bank transfer, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our partners.
Initial supported chains include major EVM networks like Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base, and Polygon. Additional chains, including Solana, are being added gradually.
On supported chains and assets, WINK Wallet handles network fees in the background through gas abstraction — no need to manually hold the native gas token of each blockchain for supported actions.
WINK Cash is a family of stable-value digital assets designed to make holding, sending, and spending value easier within the WINK ecosystem. WINK Cash is not a bank account, deposit account, or fiat balance. Availability may depend on supported assets, jurisdictions, and product rollout.
The Earn Program is designed to let users put supported assets to work through flexible options, clear terms, and rewards over time. Earn may support assets such as CASH, WINK, USDW, and selected NFT collections, depending on availability. Reward terms, supported assets, and availability may vary and will be shown before participation.
Stars are WINK's loyalty points. You can earn Stars through eligible actions and use them to unlock rewards, fee benefits, and privileges across the WINK ecosystem. Stars are not crypto tokens and do not represent ownership in WINK. They are part of WINK's loyalty and benefits system.
The Referral Program lets users invite others to WINK. When someone joins through your invite, the connection can extend across the WINK ecosystem. This means rewards and benefits may apply beyond a single app as your network uses WINK products and services. Referral rewards may depend on eligibility, activity, availability, and program terms.
No. WINK does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any information shown in the app or on the website is for general informational purposes only. Users are responsible for their own decisions when using digital assets and blockchain services.
