Delete Account

WINK Wallet — Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your WINK Wallet account and associated data in one of the following ways:

1. In the WINK Wallet app

Go to Account → Legal & Privacy → Delete account.

2. By email

Send a request to support@winkwallet.app using the email address associated with your WINK Account.

Please include the following text in your request:

“I want to delete my WINK Wallet account and associated data.”

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete your account profile, authentication data, app preferences, and personal data associated with WINK Wallet, unless certain information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.

Blockchain data

Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted because they are recorded on public blockchain networks. Your on-chain assets remain on their respective blockchain addresses. Before deleting your account, make sure you have exported or backed up access to your wallet where applicable.
